I used John to install flooring and refinish the rest of the house. The install went fine, however the floors that were refinished are now bubbling up from not being properly sealed. When we attempted to remedy the situation with John, he said it sounded like a sealing issue and would get the man who sealed the floors to come out with him and take a look.
