I have been going to Carolina Dental for close to 10 years. Although it’s not the same as when I first started going there, they give great service. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. It’s a home feeling when you enter into their office space. I highly recommend their service!

DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST. They lie about what they will "write- off" and do not tell you about it until they send you a bill. They were less than helpful when I called. They have so much FINE PRINT that basically says they can bill you for what they want and you have to pay. HORRIBLE BUSINESS!

Haven for people with Dental Phobia! I am absolutely terrified of the dentist (Yes, I am a full grown adult), and have never been able to get dental treatment without having anxiety and fear. However, Dr. O'Brien and his staff made my fears disappear. He walked me through every step of my crown installment and fillings, and made sure that I was pain- and fear-free every minute by minute. Dental Bliss Dr. O'Brien and his entire office staff is awesome. I've been going now a couple years and I'm always pleased with the courtesy and professionalism of his entire staff. The dental hygienist Amy is so good and extremely nice. It is a pleasure to have my teeth cleaned twice a year. I highly recommend their services to all.

I AM A BELIEVER NOW! I have always been afraid of the dentist. Thanks to my experience at Carolina Comfort Dental that has changed. Dr. O'Brien was so nice and calming. He really listened to my concerns. He did not just say, yay, yay, yay... He asked me questions and listened why I was so nervous. He really put me at ease! Which is not an easy task. Great dental office!!! I was new to the area and started some major dental work in another state. Dr. O'Brien and his team were able to obtain my X rays get me in within days to finish the process. The staff was very accommodating and welcoming. I don't like the dentist and it put me at ease being in warm and friendly environment. I would recommend this office to anyone!

I didn't even get to make an appointment. I called one day and I was asking if they accepted my insurance. The woman on the phone was talking to me about what they accepted, and their phone was really quiet so I didn't hear her and asked her to repeat. She started deliberately talking slow and loud and had an edge to her voice like she thought I was stupid.
