Brought a f250 in that had been hit in the door, they explained what was going to take place and how long it would take. Kept me informed during this process and my truck was ready the day it was supposed to be. Very well done though the whole process, I would recommend them to anyone Mike
This was my first time ever having to deal with an insurance claim at a body shop, the lovely people here made the entire process super easy…. They answered all my questions, kept me updated and they even stayed over after closing to let me pick my truck up after work. I will be bringing my vehicles back here for anything work.
Very difficult shop to work with! Arthur the manager is unhelpful and wasted a ton of my time. He’s unwilling to help you navigate the insurance process and often argumentative and unwilling to listen to you. Instead he prefers talking over you and insisting he is right instead of admitting he’s made a mistake. Avoid this place they will waste your time.
Did a great job on body work and paint! They even cleaned my car inside and out when I picked up! Very impressed
