The receptionist was incredibly rude to me until she realized I was a client (after she'd sent me away and I had returned). She was impatient and spoke rudely from the moment I walked in the door. Dr Porkorny does not respond to follow up care emails (I've sent 3 over the span of 2 months and have received no response to date).
Recommendedstaff is very nice and everyone is very knowledgeable. if you think you need a certain type of treatment and the doctor doesn't believe this is a good treatment he will explain completely why it isn't good for you and your appearance
