This is a review of the Carolina Club HOA. NOT the Carolina Club Golf Course (no affiliation). We built a home in 2012 and are happy with the area (Grandy). On the other hand, if you plan on building or buying a home in the Carolina Club...THIS IS YOUR WARNING...the HOA rules ARE enforced...to the MAX. The HOA (or certain nosey neighbors) aren't very neighborly people, always looking for some kind of "infraction"...like occasionally parking on the grass to give your kids room to play a little basketball on the driveway.
