I called on a Friday night and right away he came Monday morning and cleaned my sofa and loveseat at my old place and then followed me and cleaned my two bedroom carpets at my new place. Very professional and experience! He even gave excellent advice on how to fix a section on my sofa and how to get rid of musty orders from my A/C ventilation. Which worked🤗!!! I will hire him again!
Louis and his team were awesome! I am a project manager for a construction company and we can have some pretty dirty challenges in the homes we buy. Because I owned my own cleaning business I tend to clean behind my cleaners… with Carolina Cleaning Services I have not had to do that! They are not afraid to scrub and scrub! My son is three and he has spilled things all over our sofa, ottoman, and rug. The final straw for me to hire Carolina Cleaning Services was that my son threw up on the sofa and rug. CCS came out quickly and did a fantastic job cleaning everything. It looks better than I ever expected-- my sofa, ottoman and rug look brand new. All stains (years of stains) are gone and everything smells fresh and clean. The team was professional, punctual, and worked fast. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them!
