They had our rug for 11 days. I called the day before in house isolation to see if I could pick up my rug. That was day 8. Called today for us to pick up. I told them we were senior citizens and could not leave quartarine and could they possibly deliver. to us . The said yes for $75. We had already paid 180.00 for a 8x10 rug. I did not think this was good customer service for these times!

My white carpet looks great and it is 15 years old. Carolina Cleaning cleans it once a year and it still looks good after all these year. Such professional technicians, you never have to worry about anything.
