I ordered a part for my classic truck over a month ago. I called after one week or ordering because I hadn't received any correspondence since they accepted my payment. The guy that answers says his computer is down and he'll get the order out once he's back up and running. Three weeks later nothing - no correspondence or follow up. Now they don't answer the phone when I call.

We live in Australia and have purchased multiple times from Carolina Classics. Products are really well made and packed safely for shipping. I find the website is also good shopping for our 65. Rick has also been very helpful in finding specialist parts for the truck. Very happy customer.

I recently searched Google for a tailgate cap for my 1979 F-150 and came across this company. The product listing showed a tailgate with a cap and several molding pieces. The description only referred to an “upper molding piece,” with no specific identification of which molding piece that was. I assumed it referred to the tailgate cap — the uppermost molding — and placed my order accordingly. So glad I was able to make the trip to pickup my order. Meeting Ricky and his wife was great. They are super knowledgeable about vintage Ford trucks and just great all around people. I buy from them any chance I get and will continue to do so!! Buy with confidence from these guys for sure!!!
