I have been going to The Carolina for years now. I love them! We went today to see The Lion King and there were issues with the movie due to a power outage that lead to us missing entire scenes of the movie. The ladies at the ticket booth were super sweet and helpful when I asked if we could have a refund or just if we could come back another time to watch it. They refunded our tickets and apologized for the inconvenience. Everyone I encounter who works there is always so nice! They will always be my go to movie theater!
