Haven't had any of the issues people have been listing in their reviews. Lol maybe I'm just lucky. I've only ever gone on discount Tuesdays...theater gets packed, usually, so I do recommend picking out your seat ahead of time or it's the luck of the draw for what's left open. Staff seems to always be friendly. Love the guy that checks your tickets, he's always got something to say about the movie you're about to go watch. All in all, a decent theater. I plan on being a regular until further notice.
I witnessed a manager (with long brown hair) be extremely rude to one of her employees. Called them dumb for everyone to hear. I spoke with another manager who was smoking outside and made a complaint. It obviously didn’t do any good because this was months ago, and I heard she still works there. I haven’t been back to this location since this occurred months ago. I take my money to biltmore Park.
Very nice theater, and I absolutely love the reclining seats.
Theater was very clean and staff were polite and welcoming. The reclining seats in the theater were amazingly comfortable. I only wish that there had been instructions about the recliners at the beginning of the movie because we were about half-way done before I realized how to operate it! 😝
Love new lounger. People at box office helpful. Did get a little cold.
