Always great service. Tech’s and Doctor Kent are all very professional and take the time to answer any questions! Highly recommend.
At this appointment all persons who participated in my in treatment appeared lackadaisical except for the receptionist. There appeared to be little interest in my eye condition which was, an continues to be WATERY, GRITTY & PAINFUL. I received a very brief exam & told to come back in 6 months.
I see Dr. Kent in his goose Creek office. I was in there yesterday and had to ask the gentleman behind the front desk to fill out paperwork for me because of my hand trimmers. He smiled and said he would definitely do it for me. Didn’t act like it was an inconvenience at all. He was very helpful. The assistant that did all the test for me before I saw Dr. Kent was also extremely friendly knowledgeable and helpful. I commented to Dr. Kent that his staff were the best.
I’ve been seeing Dr Kent for over 25 years. I highly recommend him. He is very kind. He explains everything about my eyes.
