Too much waiting around and terrible time management. While everyone here is extremely nice, the amount of time between when the tech does their assessment and then speaking to the doctor is RIDICULOUS. My elderly mother just sits and waits and waits. There doesn’t seem to be any consideration for customers’ time. If it takes the tech 15 mins to do their assessment or whatever the case is (and they are always quick and efficient), then why isn’t the doc scheduled 15 mins after the tech? I saw Dr. Braun for a possible eye emergency. They got me scheduled just a few hours after I called. They were kind, efficient, and knowledgeable about my eye history as well as my new concerns. Highly recommend them!
