I never personally met Jack but it takes a pretty shady Character to do business the way he does. We agreed on a deal over the phone, he sent me all paperwork via e-mail, Agreed to finalize purchase and a pick up date (10-12-18). I fly in from Houston, TX on 10/12, rent a car and start driving to Taylors. Call Jack and he's not answering his phone. Tried a few times since I'm driving from Atlanta 2 hours away. Still no response. I call the shop and they told me that they sold it yesterday...Sorry. Needless to say Jack won't ... read more
Business response:
Mark - I'm really sorry about what happened with the motorhome. Please know that this situation has nothing to do with our store and the way we do business at CCS.
Kelly is super knowledgeable and helpful! I drove up from Charleston and she got me all set with my new cart for my miniature pony, and even brought her mini, Popcorn, down to meet my Mango! They were SO cute. Anyway, Kelly went out of her way to show me how to properly hook Mango up to her new cart, and was very patient and wonderful during my experience there. I would recommend them to anyone!
Business response:
It was great meeting you and sweet Mango. Thanks for letting us help you - I hope you love driving!
My wife and I really enjoyed our shopping trip to CCS. it is more like going to visit friends instead of shopping. Not only is the store really unique but the farm is beautiful. It was well worth driving 100 miles to get there. Thank you for taking time to answer our questions and patiently waiting on us. We will definitely buy our next cart from you.
I drove up from Atlanta to pick up a cart in North Carolina. I stopped by on my way back to Georgia. I really enjoyed my visit! Great bunch of folks!
The staff was friendly and helped us find the perfect cart within our price range. No pressure to buy a more expensive cart although I admired them! It was worth the drive to see all the beautiful carriages, wagons, carts and harnesses.
