Fire Place Cabinet Carolina Cabinetry did an excellent job on the installations in my home. I had a home theatre installed, as well as a fire place. My living room now looks amazing, thanks to Carolina Cabinetry. I could not have asked for a better experience and the prices were kept in my range also.
Do your research In my opinion, this company does low quality work, does not abide to designs, does not meet delivery dates and are very difficult to work with. Before hiring these people, do your homework. Check online for their lawsuits at the myOrangeClerk website, check angie's list, complaintsboard and look at BBB complaints and rating (which has been revoked). Not good! I personally had a very bad experience with this company. I found Laurie very difficult to work it and we ultimately had to go to court to settle our differences. If you are to do business with this company make sure you have EVERYTHING documented before you sign any contract. Also, I would recommend not paying money up front unless they do any work. So happy i found this company! I am located in West Palm Beach, Florida and was having the toughest time finding a quality cabinet company. Since I first bought my home I wanted to remodel the inside. My two biggest projects I needed done were the kitchen, and my family room's home theater. AWFUL Both reviews are 100% TRUE - these people are not to be trusted - they lie to get the order and then act very unprofessionally. They are liars and thieves!
Cabinetry Carolina Cabinetry redid my entire master bathroom and closet! My bathroom is now so luxurious and has plenty of storage. My closet finally has enough room for my husband and I to fit all of our clothes and shoes, and look neat and organized. I was so pleased with how quickly our project was completed and the price was right in my budget. Overall i had a terrific experience with them, and the next time i have a home improving project i will definitely use them!
REFUND Nightmare Stay away from these people! Awful business practice and clueless on how to run a business. They utilize deceitful business practices and set up their contract to walk away with a large sum of money regardless if the work is completed. They don't adhere to Florida's 72 hour cancellation law. Customer service is non existent and trying to resolve the issue is a nightmare.
Garage I have always wanted a well organized garage. I called Carolina Cabinetry and got immediate help. They sent out a wonderful designer to my home that gave me great ideas on how to properly organize my garage to give me as much storage space as possible. The designs were outstanding and very easy to understand. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work put into it. The overall outcome of my experience with Carolina Cabinetry was amazing. I will definitely use Carolina Cabinetry again in the future.
