Do yourself a favor and run from this place. I was sold a gown way too big. I was assured it could be altered without any problems. A simple dart or two. I was even given a list of people who could alter it. After going for a fitting I was told the entire bodice would be a custom alter. Which means the entire bodice would have have to torn apart. Today was an unforgettable experience. I walked in heavy hearted picking out my wedding dress without my mom being alive to see her baby marry the man of her dreams. Usually girls do this with their moms present and it was heavy on me, being 7 months pregnant with my cousin, we walked in and Sarah was heaven sent! You know very well how badly you behaved when I was there and at no time did I yell at you, I asked and you were the one who got upset arguing that I hadn't paid for it when clearly you told me that all the adjustments were going to be made. When it comes to a dress store I would steer clear of this place. We had to get the dress here since it’s where the bride had decided. As a bridesmaid the staff do not care for you. Between that and the disrespect comments of “Don’t worry, nobody will be looking at you anyhow” when my wife tried on the dress after alterations is not the way someone in a profession like this should present themselves.
