With all the changes being made right now and the new management, this place turned into a different world
this apartment complex just installed new light fixtures on the front porch. LED/ light sensitive so they only come on at night. Today they came inside and fiddled with the light switch. I am sure they made it so I can't turn it off. How can they do that when I am the one paying for the electric that it takes to run the light? I am already paying an extra 300 a month on the electric because they replaced my ac unit for a 30 year old unit from another apartment.
Renters beware. Unsafe dirty I had no other place to go. Will be so happy when lease is up! Do NOT be fooled by pictures on the web site! Nothing looks like that here
Carolina breeze has to be the worst place I've ever lived where do I begin about 6 months ago I noticed a leak under my bathroom sink after reporting it to the office about two weeks later some man ( not really sure who he was) looked at the leak and told me the valve was so bad they had to call a plumber ( I believed it because these apt. are so old and run down) well about a month goes by she tells me that there are multiple apartments with the same issues and they are waiting on a insurance adjuster well low and behold my... read more
Do not move here someone was stabbed and died outside my bedroom window and the office makes light of the situation saying it happens everywhere, there are gun shots to be heard on a monthly basis, and don't even get me started on the bugs. We've had things go missing after their "fire alarm checks" and now since they are under new managment we mysteriously owe money and our records don't show payments.
