Big mistake on billing. The people at this location cannot understand a simple insurance and plan year. They charged a co pay of $65 and stated that we would owe nothing else, then we get a bill for $650. Home office called and offered no solution. I would avoid Breg. ENJOY THE 1 STAR REVIEW. I hope it was worth $650 in lost sales.
I am very disappointed in the service thus far at Carolina Brace Systems. A mold of my feet was made over a month ago and I left two pairs of shoes for adding to the sole. I was told both would be sent out, and they would both be back in 3 weeks. After 3 weeks, the shoes had not been touched (I was told they decided the work could be done in-house) and the orthotics would arrive "on Monday" (another week).
