I recently placed an order with Carolina Bison. Through no fault of their own, the shipment was delayed and had thawed out when It arrived but the meat was still cold. I contacted them regarding this issue to determine if I could refreeze the meat. Their representative contacted me immediately. We worked out the details to my complete satisfaction. Always a pleasure to work with companies that appreciate their customers. BTW the meats I ordered are delicious and I highly recommend them to anyone.
A great place to deliver. It's a bit tight getting into, nestled in the mountains of Asheville. I wouldn't suggest sending your 1st year fresh hire in for a pickup or delivery the hills might make him nervous. Once your on the dock they're quick to unload or load you and get you down the road. I'm usually in and out in an hour or less. Their products are top quality also. I live in NC, and buy it from my local Lowes grocery store.
Dr. Kings is a great place to purchase bison, elk and other exotic meats. Staff is friendly and helpful.
