Both my parents were laid to rest here. They did a wonderful job. There was a back log on installation of headstones but on both instances I was quoted 8 months from the when they received the bronze to actual installation. And in both cases that is exactly how long it took. I am okay with that. A lot of my family is there. I hope to lay there to when my times comes.
I have been dealing with them since 2012 when my mother passed (Jamestown, NC Cemetery). I purchased a headstone with cash money and gave it to the agent on duty. I received a receipt from the guy and he assured me that the headstone would be placed on my mother's grave. I has been 12 years and the headstone has not been placed. I had to buy another headstone to place on her grave. My complain is my son headstone that has been paid in full 5mos ago. I feel vendor should not accept these orders if they don't follow a deadline.I have loss 2 kids,mom,dad and sister there.I cannot go visit my son because of grief and pain and know headstone makes it worse.It is not staff fate at location it is vendors making headstone I'm dissappointed.Also my stone has been down for years I have reported back 2018 that tractor has roll over my stone and crack it open vendors has not fix it yet.Elsie has reported this prob... read more
Paid in full for my son’s headstone in July 2023. At the time they said the ONE (and only acceptable) vendor was behind. Here is it April 2024 and no updates or estimated time to receive a status or when it will be installed. This has been a frustrating process. My son passed in 2021 and it took me that long to even get in the frame of mind to place the order and now I’ve just had to wait until God knows when. I need this to have been happened!! Looking at it from my phone it seems to be a lovely garden a place for someone's loved one's, looks nice to me
