Fast loading plenty parking ok customer service
One star for opening up a new facility. No driver's lounge nor restrooms. Bring your breakfast, lunch and dinner here. Will spend countless hours here.
The new location at 142 Service berry way in Mooresville is very bad for loading, workers there dont know what are they doing our drivers waiting from 5-10 hours to get loaded, this is very bad and disrespectful for drivers. Management need to do something to improve customer service on loading!
They hold you to an appointment time never will they pay for making you wait overy 2hrs to load ypu
