Sent by my Health Care Provider to this Office, I was wondering what to expect, after reading reviews. The Office was busy and when it was my turn, I was greeted in a very friendly manner. After answering all the necessary questions I was asked to have a seat and fill out some questionnaire. Right after I started, a very friendly nurse called me in her office doing vital signs. This I literally the only email I could find on the CBC website so I went ahead and sent it to you. I understand that you may have nothing to do with complaints of customers, so I send it to you my only option. Do with as you wish. If nothing else send it to friends and family so that they can get some enjoyment out of this. I you decide to ignore this email which may be your best option that is fine as well, I will not follow up as I have already set in motion the process of changing where my prescription gets filled. Rude receptionist told me i had to pay my bill of 80 dollars in full or they would not see me anymore,when i tried to explain that they said i could pay a little each visit because i was disabled and couldn't work,she said well if you can't afford the bill,you should go elsewhere.These people have no compassion and your best bet is to stay away.
