This business does not respect the African American community that keeps it up and running. Many of the employees don’t speak English and the one or two that do speak English treat Black customers with little to no respect at all when there is a problem with a purchase. You will NOT get a refund OR store credit even, and especially if the store manager offers it to you to get you to purchase any of the hair products. Will never get my money--just lost a customer. I was shopping around to get prices on wet and wavy weave. Called them and they said they could not give prices over the phone. I asked "why" and they said it was "just their store policy". Don't plan to drive around and then be disappointed when I get to that store. It is not like there is some secret recipe or anything. Do not want to give them my money if they are not open about their prices. Shady way to do business.

Nasty, roach infested, opened products spilled all over the place. Someone attempted to rob me while walking to me car. In the worst area of Charlotte.

this place is my favorite store.. really nice.. its clean well organized.. all employees knows their product.. I never had problems with the hair I bought from them.. all my friends go there.. they also have sales on their hair all the time.. if you have not gone there you are missing out!!
