Well intentioned but grossly unprepared and inexperienced staff. The team is very unorganized and unprepared. With competitive pricing they are able to attract distant buyers and - looking at some of the reviews - it seems they have indeed done a good job in some cases. But they have not thought through and dont invest the time /effort in making sure that they can indeed close the deal with the right paperwork for someone coming in from far to pick up a car they want to buy from them. Service is excellent
Did a great job arranging the paperwork before we arrived. Car was cleaned, detailed and delivered with a full tank of gas. Registration arrived just three days after sale. Couldn't have gone better.
I BOUGHT A BOX TRUCK HERE. JAY AND JUSTIN HELPED MEOUT. THEY BOTH WENT WAY BETTER THAN MOST SALESMEN. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND TOOK CARE OF EVERYTYHING FOR ME. EVEN WHEN I HAD A SMALL HICKUP IN TRANSACTION IT DID NOT PHASE THEM. JAY TOLD ME HE WOULD HAVE EVRYTHING READY WHEN I GOT THERE AND IT WAS PERFECT.
