This is the second time I’ve dealt with Carolina auto body shop. And both times they have done such an awesome job.
Everyone i came in contact with were incredible. When i dropped off the car everyone was very pleasant, and when i picked up my car same respect. i was always updated via text as well as phone calls. The was awesome. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. Great customer service.
clowns!!! they repaired my radiator but forgot to refill it with antifreeze they left a half eaten chocolate bar on my front seat I have parts still missing on my vehicle
They offer great service. Very courteous and does everything to make sure your vehicle is returned as soon as possible, and it is returned so clean! You would think it’s just came off the showroom floor. You are assigned a special agent who keeps you up to date on the progress of your repair and everyone is just very professional and welcoming.
