If you want intelligent, capable and honest doctors and nurses who will see you in a timely manner then this is not the location for you. I started coming here due to the proximity to my job so I could receive my shots and I have had nothing but issues and it's been less than 4 months. They wait times are horrendous, nobody on staff ever has the answers to your questions, they don't communicate or read notes which in my case resulted in a duplicate prescription refill that resulted in unnecessary wait times for my medication... read more
New patient and today marks 15 days that I have been trying to get an inhaler with out steroids. I tried the one that was recommended even though I know that corticosteroids do not react well with my body. After using it a few days I emailed them and let them know and they said they would call something else in. They called another one in with corticosteroids. I had Dr. Gilchrist, she was extremely kind and listened to all my questions and answered them in ways that made sense to me. The nurse, and receptionist were also over the top kind. thank you !!
