We have no problem with DR BAKER's surgery, etc. However, if you need an MRI and the hospital that is doing the MRI for a patient with a BIOTRONIKS pacemaker, the hospital needs a form filled out by DR BAKER's office. We left a form there on Aug 23 and as of Sept 4 it has not been sent to the hospital. My Husband is in excrutiating pain and until this form is sent in ... he cannot have an MRI and the pain doctors cannot help him. Dr Baker's office never seems to answer the phone either... we leave messages daily and there ha... read more
