Do not use. They are shady. Warranty replacement dryer was used should be be brand new. 2nd replacement dented.

The blonde woman named Carla that I spoke with in person and over the phone was by far the rudest person I've ever met in customer service. She rushed me in person and was awful to me on the phone. She was rude to my grandfather, my husband, and myself. I should've read the reviews before spending over a thousand dollars to support a local business. There is no need to be that awful to customers. I will not be back and I will be spreading the word that the woman in that building hates her life and takes it out on nice people... read more

My experience with this company was the very negative and stressful… My experience with this company was the worst experience of my entire 50 years as a consumer. I purchased/received an $825 range that looked like it had been run into and or dropped off a truck. Their customer service was horrible, very rude, and aggressive blaming me LOL.
