Customer Service was awful! No host to seat you and I seen bugs crawling on side stations! Never going back!

Food is good as usual. Service was good despite it being busy. Bartender handled herself well.

Asian chicken salad was a joke, mango was diced so small, I thought it was 4 kernels of corn, 2 slices of red pepper 3 crunchy noodles , chicken on a skewer tasteless. Will not be a return customer.

For the type of restaurant it was, a sports bar, you definitely walk in to TV’s galore. We went for lunch not knowing what to expect. The service was prompt but not overly enthusiastic. She was courteous but did not seem to know how to give information about the food. Once we ordered the food was delivered quickly. It was hot but not the best quality. The burger was chargrilled but tough. The shaved brisket was also tough. The sweet potato waffle fries were hard. We were sat next to the bar which was next to the kitchen. The... read more

The service was great, but the manager was awful! My dad ordered a medium hamburger and got his food well after everyone at our table. Matter of fact he actually had to ask for it like they forgot about it. It came out BURNT!!! When I say burnt I mean I eat my hamburgers well done and it was too done for me! The manager came over and offered to cook him another one but by the time she came over we had almost finished our food. My dad was hungry so he ate it and the manager didn't comp the meal bc he ate it and didn't want to... read more

Hosted an informal dining event on the rooftop. The view in the open air bar was a great setting before dinner. Service to my group was excellent. Food is about what you would expect from a large pub.

Went in for lunch, place wasn't crowded wings where refrigerator cold and tasted like fridge. I love the place when the kitchen is being run like a kitchen. Manager didn't like that I said it's not fresh, didn't offer to fix the problem just removed wings from Bill.

I went to the Carolina Ale House on Glenwood Avenue for the first time ever with my close friends and experienced horrible service from the servers and the management. Not only did I experience terrible service, but my credit card, which I was told was not going to be charged until the tab is closed and the bill is divided. My experience did not take a turn for the worse until after my friend and I agreed to send back some chicken tenders and French fries and some Spinach dip that came us cold. The waitress was not the perso... read more
