I bought a home that this company serviced so I bought the maintenance agreement. They came out and did the maintenance and did not recommend anything. 2 months later lightning hit one of my units. Bill Steele quoted a new unit and suggested surge protectors could/may have prevented the damage. Their quote to replace unit was $2,000 higher and would take a least a week to get it and to install.
