We have used C2CMS 3 times now for after surgery recovery. We wouldn’t even consider using any other company because of outstanding employees at C2CMS such as Michael Autry. He is caring, considerate, takes his time with the patient and their family to ensure THE best recovery possible. This time we had a situation where the ice machine was needed ASAP and Michael was right on it and delivered the ice machine in a couple of hours. The world needs more amazing people like Michael and we are forever thankful for him!
This company is awesome! Specialist, ELI PAULSEN, was fabulous - she insisted on getting my support stocking perfect and was so pleasant and fun to work with. I actually miss visiting with her she was so nice. This company is a life-saver for me! Thanks.
Outstanding Service and Respectful employees
Delivery and pickup was excellent. Machine worked great, love the iceless cooling and compression. Company was awesome to work with, friendly and helpful, quick to respond. Will definitely use again in the future as more surgeries in the works.
I started using C2CMS in May for my daughter’s medical supplies. I was previously with a different company and due to poor communication I found myself reaching out to C2CMS. It’s honestly the best decision I could have made. They meet all my expectations monthly, Jillian has amazing communication, and all supplies arrives days after the order is placed.
