Let me just say ... I should have read the other review before hiring this company. Like the first reviewer, I really wanted to like this company, being a small, local one. Too many things missed on a regular basis.
We use Cleaning Authority but wanted to give a small business a chance because we appreciate and want to support small business. We were not happy with their first service, which was a "deep" clean we paid extra for. They did not dust well, missed trashcans, lots of cobwebs left along baseboards, mirrors smeared, weird smears on wood, and the laundry room and music room didn't appear touched (all things they listed they would do at each cleaning).
