She is a horrible person, I regret taking my daughter to her because she ruined my daughters tooth's and straight lied about the procedures and notes she had taken that day, she exhausted my daughter’s dental insurance leaving us no choice but to appeal her dishonest procedures. Please don’t allow your self to get fooled by her I would stay away from this office completely! I can’t wait for my upcoming hearings so this delayed nightmare can end just unbelievable.
Lowe is Arrogant! Awful bedside manners. Makes unnecessary referrals to her friends for them to make $ when she never plans to follow the advice. Pompous attitude. Speaks negatively about the state insured. “The Medicaid People” was the term my young daughter and I overheard her using. Awful. Sent me a letter calling me bad names and insulting my culture. Talking to an attorney now to see if ok for me to post the letter for all to see. Stay tuned.
I read the "bad" reviews and still chose her. I had a broken tooth, and went today for a consult appointment. Her staff greeted me kindly and respectfully which i appreciated. They were professional and kept me updated on my wait time. Dr Lowe was kind and thorough and very helpful in explaining my treatment plan, she was patient with me and I haven't been to the dentist in over 10 years so that meant alot to me. I do recommend her.
Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a dental or medical facility. Carol Lowe dental office is very unprofessional and does not care about the customer or the service, and the dental work is subject to review. She also did not refund me the full amount of money I was owed for remaining procedures, here's the full story: I came to Dr. Lowe as first time patient and upon my initial exam had to wait for 40 minutes in the lobby until I was seen, I figured that was a first time occurre
My kids love going to this office the staff are very friendly and make us feel welcome and comfortable. Will be going here for all of our dental visits from now on.
Dr. Lowe-Richens, is hands down, the most caring, understanding and knowledgeable dentist I have ever seen. She's personable and patient. Her staff are the same and the office doesn't smell or feel like a dental office at all. I am extremely pleased with the expertise of Dr. Lowe and her abilities to completely do what no other dentist has done. She was able to work from a Sr. photo, account for my age difference, and bring back my lips, smile and sparkle again. I'm a Happy Girl! Go to her?
