I have been seeing Carol Rumberger for more than a year and I don’t know what I would do without her. I feel incredibly fortunate and grateful to have found, her many times over. She has been helpful in so many ways. I find her to be reasonable, respectful, accommodating, validating, and supportive; she has made it clear that she understands my struggles and she will help in any way that she can. And she has, consistently. I always look forward to my appointments with her. I highly recommend Carol Rumberger.

Unprofessional!! Cancelled the appointment for my friend with Alzheimer's after waiting months. I recorded her answers to the many, lengthy forms (she's slow on the computer) and arranged transportation since I live 120 miles away. I had at least 3 conversations with them and they never mentioned anything about my needing to accompany her.. Two days before the appointment they cancelled for that reason. I was in Albany the week before and would have rearranged my schedule had I known. They refused to do a video call.
