The care I’ve gotten here is absolute garbage. I called last week for a prescription refill that Dr. Jerney prescribed. The reception was extremely rude. Days went by with no return phone call so I followed up yesterday. This morning I get a phone call just letting me know the nurses still have not talked to Dr. Jerney about this, nor do they have any record of my first phone call.
