I have been fooled again! Paid out of pocket fixed price for complete dentures 14000. Follow up for fitting, 3 times, then dentist replaced misaligned O. rings due to them ripping apart. When I got to the front desk, I was dropped a bomb for $275.00 to replace .15c. O Rings Don't make the mistake I made...!
Dr Stevens is a true professional she explains everything in a clear and concise manner she is kind compassionate and honest and was able to save my teeth when others said they could not although she did not accept my insurance Aetna her staff sent the insurance comany my paperwork and the insurance company send me a reimbursement check for the procedure I can't thank Dr Stevens enough I would recommend her to anyone who needs periodontal and gum treatment I wish I could give her and her staff more than 5 stars
I have used this dental office for over 8 years, 3-4 times per year. They decided not to renew their contract with my insurance provider, but told me that they would still file the claims for me. This happened one time and then the following two visits were not filed by the office. I spoke to Sue several times and even tried to speak to Dr. Stephens to no avail. By the time I realized that the office had not done their job, it was too late to file the claims. Now I am out not only the 50.00 deductible that I had to pay to us... read more
