The front offices attitude is absolutely appalling zero respect and zero listening skills. I feel absolutely disgusted. Do Better
I visited her on 26th of February and now we are in April and I still haven't gotten my glasses yet I don't know what's going on you rarely get an answer when you call I think she needs help one person can't do it alone
I saw Dr Brown on Dec 14...everything went very well. I ordered my prescription glasses on the same day. It's now February 2nd and I'm still waiting on my glasses. When I called to ask why it's taking so long, I was given the run around. Obviously I'm not very happy because I was required to pay in advance. Now I'm out the cash and have no glasses going waiting 7 weeks! 😭
Highly recommend for your entire family!
