She dismissed my concerns and told me that a rectal temperature is an entire degree higher than normal temperatures which goes against everything every doctor and nurse has told me. She basically laughed at me for thinking my son has been having fevers. I verified with our regular pediatrician that this was incorrect information. I wouldn’t trust her to take care of my child.
Waited an hour to see her . Didn't even apologize about the wait and seemed annoyed that I complained to the front about It. Also came across rude and didn't really want to hear what I had to say. She was thorough with her check up of my daughter however.
