By far the best agent I’ve ever worked with. Carol was incredibly professional and always available when I needed her. What really sets her apart is how proactive she is. She consistently anticipated potential issues before they came up and was always well prepared. She’s an excellent communicator and a highly skilled negotiator. Thank you, Carol!

Carol is absolutely wonderful to work with. This is our second time using her and she has been great for both transactions. She is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and always willing to go above and beyond for her clients. What truly sets her apart is how much she genuinely cares about the people she works with. We always felt supported, informed, and in the best hands. We highly recommend Carol to anyone looking to buy or sell.

While buying and selling a house is nerve racking, Carol Steven was a calming force that helped us get through the process. We were appreciative of her one stop shop where she took care of everything far over and above the actual buying or selling. That included coordinating movers, junk removal, painters, electricians, floor finishers etc. Carol was very involved in making sure the transition went smoothly and we were very happy. We would highly recommend Carol for anyone buying or selling a house. She was outstanding.

We had a great experience. Carol Steven is wonderful and so knowledgeable. We would not have found a new home without her. She is invaluable and a true professional.

Carol provided us with an excellent plan to price, show and sell our home. It was apparent from the sale of our house the first weekend it was listed and the amount obtained from the sale, that she is a very skilled and experienced realtor. We can not say enough good things about Carol. She made us comfortable through every phase. She is a wonderful communicator and she made the entire process enjoyable. Thanks Carol!
