We were left high and dry by two other "florists" that really were just "ordering companies" that took my money and then couldn't deliver, literally and figuratively. Carol Slane bent over backwards to get flowers delivered in time for a funeral viewing service. I called them at 9:00 a.m. and the flowers were delivered at 9:45 in time for a 10:00 public viewing. Thank goodness there are still some caring folks out there that want to do the right thing by their customers. Highly recommend!!!

Amidst the valentines rush, my order for a bouquet was misplaced when I went to pick it up. The ladies inside were so apologetic and let me pick any bouquet from their display case. They were very helpful and even customized the bouquet to better match the color of the one I had ordered. I’m from Columbus, but would absolutely come back to visit this flower shop again.

I always forget to order till the last minute and they always have suggestions and make something work and it couldn’t be more beautiful. A Joy filled florist.
