I feel very comfortable on my visits. The atmosphere of the front office alone is great. The staff are very nice and accommodating. Dr.Renke is a good listener and makes you feel comfortable. She explains things very well. I would highly recommend her to anyone. I think you would be very happy with her.
I'm looking at the reviews of an unprofessional and uncaring staff from a year ago and can tell you that the front desk and staff is STILL uncaring to this day. It's clear that NO changes or training have been given to the staff because NOTHING HAS CHANGED. We For no reason at all, you will receive attitude and a sense of hostility from these ladies instead of the help that you actually are looking for. They cannot keep getting away with this. My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Renke for over 20 years. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. Her staff is always kind.
I have probably been a patient of Dr. Renke's for about 10 years and have never been anything but totally satisfied with her, her P.A.s and her entire office staff. Very little waiting, she takes as much time as you need and litstens. I have never had a problem getting an appointment or a call back. If they say they will do something they do it.
