My long time (over a decade) primary care physician sets the bar very high for optimal, well balanced healthcare. Calls are returned within hours, all requests are respected and responded to, and consideration is always top priority for this amazing office. I had my appointment in the beginning of June and went to get my blood work done. When I arrived at lab corp I was rejected because they never received my order from dr. I learned that another order I had was incomplete and lab corp didn’t know what to do with it. When I called office and spoke with Sonia she was very rude. She lacked compassion and accountability. Dr Renke is a highly skilled and compassionate professional. I have been seeing her for approximately 12 years, and I was always greatly impressed by her thoroughness and attention to detail.
