Carol and her team are absolutely top notch people. They have helped our family sell 2 homes and assisted us in relocating out of state. I cannot give Carol Pyfrom Realty a higher recommendation! The flat fee pricing is great and they still out perform 99% of other realtors that are simply there to shake hands and walk away with your money at closing. Carol provides a high level of service and truly puts the client first.

My agent and I have been trying to get straight answers on a property listed with them for the last MONTH with no luck. They are a flat fee based company... which means in essence they have NO MOTIVATION to work hard and put in the extra effort to close a sale. My agent and I have gotten conflicting information about a property I sincerely WANT. This house is mine, but at the moment, someone else owns it.
