I recently moved from North Carolina to Alabama. Since I already had StateFarm Car insurance I looked for a nearby agent. The Phoenix city office of Carol Perdue was ready to help me. Jamie, her assistant, were simply terrific to me. Jamie and I spoke on the phone several times. Further, she was most helpful by mailing my cards and Pertinent documents as well as Emailing All forms that needed to be signed. Lisa Davis and I talked about what my needs were for my car ins. Then we also set up life insurance. Lisa did an amazing job. She answered all of my questions. She was very professional and very informative. I would recommend her to family and friends. I believe Lisa Davis is a true asset to State Farm of Phenix City Alabama.
I went to get some papers notarized and I was met with Mrs Barton. As well as all the lovely ladies in the front. She was quick and super sweet, made sure everything was right and had small talk in between which made me less anxious. I will be going back to her again anytime I need something notarized !
Robin was very professional she showed that she actually cared about the customer and had a very good interest in what I wanted I really appreciate her she did a very awesome job
