Cancelled on us twice, second time she cancelled we were at the spot waiting on her. Unprofessional and a waste of time. Has had our money for months, never called to set up time after cancelled first time, we finally reached out to reschedule, choose her time and she cancelled minutes before. Beware
Stay far away from this lady, cancels, doesn’t show up, lies saying she cancels when she didn’t and doesn’t give back refunds when asked, very unprofessional
We absolutely love Carol and her assistant. They are amazing and do a wonderful job. Their studio is clean and well organized. They are quick but thorough, and make it a truly stress free experience. We have never been disappointed. I highly recommend them!
