Not a gated community. Thief and homeless are constantly in the property. GATE is broken once a week. Mangment doesn't do much to fix the problem. And if you complain to Lisa the manger , she complains back.
Living at Carol Mary Apartments has been an extremely disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this complex to anyone looking for a well-managed or respectful place to live. Management is fully aware. A persistent roach infestation in my apartment and the handling of this issue over the past several months. This problem has been reported multiple times and has continued to worsen since I moved into the unit. Despite repeated notifications, the response has consisted of routine spraying by the same pest control company that services the property twice weekly.
