I lived here for over a year. The place is old, has visible water damage and a terrible roach problem. If you live downstairs you will hear every footstep that your upstairs neighbor makes. I was unfortunate to live under someone that worked from home so she was home 24 hours a day 7 days a week. The utilities are shared so you pay the same as someone that’s home 24 hours a day. I had such an amazing experience working with Lisa! She made the entire apartment process so easy, smooth, and efficient from start to finish. Once we got approved and moved into our new home, we were surprised with the sweetest welcome gift , and they even made it pet-themed for our Frenchie and dachshund That thoughtful touch meant so much to us. I’ve honestly never had a property manager go above and beyond like that before. Lisa truly made us feel welcomed and at home right away. Highly recommend!
Not a gated community. Thief and homeless are constantly in the property. GATE is broken once a week. Mangment doesn't do much to fix the problem. And if you complain to Lisa the manger , she complains back.

Living at Carol Mary Apartments has been an extremely disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this complex to anyone looking for a well-managed or respectful place to live.
