When I needed to move to Phoenix suddenly Lisa the apartment manager helped me get in really quick. The apartment community is small and safe, neighbors were all nice/quiet. The gate is pretty much always locked, which made it feel really secure. Units are nicely restored. The pool is maintained beautifully, and I had a good experience with maintenance as well. The rent is a really good deal for living in downtown. I would recommend these apartments if you're looking to move to the area!
