I am a loan officer and have worked along Carol on several transactions. She is always fighting for her clients and going the extra mile to make sure they are taken care of in her transactions. She has been in the business a long time and has first hand knowledge of many property types including: investment, acreage, mobile, single family, and multi unit which help her to navigate even difficult transactions smoothly. Carol is someone who genuinely makes you feel like you're her only client. We moved to California on very short notice, and took a two day trip out to Fresno to see houses and find one that would work for us. Carol helped me purchase my first home and was very professional and thorough throughout the process. Helping a buyer find a home is more difficult than listing a house for sale, and I was extremely pleased with both the house that I found and with Carol's services during the process.
