Appts you can get but wait for 1 to 1 and 1/2 hours on a Doctor is ridiculous. Also, for 8 months she treated for something I did not have and when I got an appointment with a real Doctor she handled my problem within a few months and I am on a routine that works for my COPD and asthma. Dr. Odegarrd was not treating me only giving more and more medication that did not work because she was treating the wrong problem. Dr Odegaard take the time to listen to you. She takes your concern seriously and take the necessary measures to resolve and/or alleviate those concerns.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I have already sent so many people here. Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
