Bedside manner is very bad.Does listen to her patients and all she want was to run test all the time.
I have been seeing Dr. Cox for eight years now after retiring to Tucson. At first I was unhappy with the way I was treated by everyone there except Cindy. Cindy always smiles and treats me nice. Everything seemed to change after I got to know them. They were all nice and seemed happy to see me. Dr. Cox always orders the right tests and follows up if anything is wrong. Dr. Cox is a no nonsense caregiver who tells patients what they need to hear, with sugar coating! She is caring, competent and thorough! Being warm and fuzzy isn't her personality, however, I trust her with my loved ones to give the best medical attention possible!
I would rate no stars. My mother has been complaining of pain for months and Dr Cox ordered physical therapy and exercise. My mother is now lying in a hospital bed. They found a mass in her breast and cancer has spread. You should have ruled out everything before making her persist in physical therapy even when she said it was getting worse. You once told her "no pain, no gain"... Well I hope this review pains you into gaining respect and you listen to your patients when they tell you something is wrong!
While her bedside manner may be a little chilly, she's very competent. I have total confidence in her ability to diagnose and treat. She's just all business and not much for chit chat.
