She judges you by your looks.. She is more than dis honest. She's very sheisty. It's just a waste of 40$ to fill out an application , because she doesn't think twice about over looking it. I highly recommend going to someone else... One of my friends tried renting from her and she told her " I highly doubt you will be able to afford that"... After she responded and told ms carol she was a manager of her own business, she changed attitudes immediately. I wouldn't trust her , buy , or rent from her !!!!
