Dr. Bub takes her time, listens, gives recommendations, asks questions and makes sure that you have all the proper understanding of your health. I have never had a doctor printout and right areas that need improvement from my blood work. I know that I'm in great hands with Dr. Carol Bub and I feel lucky!
Dr. Bub is the best primary care doctor I have ever had. She treats you like a human being not just another patient in the queue. She speaks to you, not at you. She makes every effort to get to know you as a human being, so she can best treat you. She has a wonderful, kind, gentle bedside manner. You can tell she knows her stuff. After leaving her office, I always feel uplifted, and as though I am in very good hands. I will never change primary care doctors again!

Rude, inconsiderate, and unwilling to keep to their word. My wife scheduled a vaccine. The nurse rudely told her the vaccine may not be covered due to her age, so we called the insurance company. The nurse made my wife feel like she was wasting her valuable time. A few moments later the nurse popped back in and said "sorry nurse hours are over I will have to see if someone can give you the shot." A few weeks prior we stopped by to pick up a scrip, the hours online DO NOT Match actual hours!
