Dr. Han is hands-down the greatest physician at Kaiser Permanente. She takes her time with each patient and is very thorough. I have had her as my primary doctor for 12 years and wouldn't go to anyone else. Rather than just prescribe medication that will only mask or numb an issue, she helps diagnose and get to the root of the problem for complete healing. I am very thankful for Dr. Han and wish there were more caring and professional physicians like her!
I had an over the phone appointment with her. She basically told me I am having pain because of my weight. I asked her for a doctors note and she said yes she would do it. It’s been over 12 hours later and she did not do it. Kaiser is making excuses for her and covering up for her. I need a doctors note so I can get paid for my sick time. I am very very upset with this level of customer service.
